blocking out distractions and 'eating frogs'but there's ONE tip that WILL work better than ANY of those aboveand in my honest humble opinion is the most simple...

CREATE AND STICK TO DEADLINESever noticed how much you produce the week before you go on holiday?I remember just before my last holidaythe amount I got completed in that last week was immensewhy does that always happen?URGENCY
which is why the men on our simple yet effective PROVEN

will set 30-day outcomes for each area of our system
we then declare them in out private support/accountability group
as well as revealing our results

and this week is the 'deadline' for our 30-day outcome/goals
for each area of our exclusive body & mid program covering:
Focus, Fitness, Family, Friends, Finance, and Fun
when all of these are in balance?well you will become unstoppable(when the inevitable f*ck it moments arrive)in producing the body, mind, and life you desirehere is an example of one of the men's latest 30-day outcomes(all with permission of course as client confidentiality is assured)Focus- continue to meditate first thing in the morning as part of my F5 morning routine that has been the game changer for me helping me with stress etcso will now be aiming for 20 mins per day.Fitness- lose another 1/2 inch off my waist and couple % body fat Family/Friends- send at least 1 appreciation message per week -this will be a challenge for me.Finance- complete key project and ensure take learning opportunities from this that will help on future projects Fun- do at least 1 outdoor activity with my kids every weekend.Bring it on!we do this EVERY 30-days and by PUBLICLY declaring our outcomes to the other men in the private support/accountability group(which then helps kick procrastination in the nuts)you will be more likely to do the required workto achieve YOUR desired outcomes and goals in ALL areasfor continued success, self-improvement, progress and happiness
and if you don't hit your desired outcomes
(that fear of failure that holds us back)
you are going to be a LOT closer to where you want to be by taking
(instead of just sitting about 'TALKING' about all the things you are going to do)
and then the domino effect kicks in..
confidence, motivation, and progress build
and as we know the human brain is at it's happiest when
its making PROGRESS (no matter how small)
so, get real about what it is you want and why
set an outcome/goal with a deadline
because a goal without a deadline is just a DREAM
